Kevin Barton, D.C., is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX, where he earned a Doctoral degree in Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He is a distinguished member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Texas Chiropractic Association.
In 2006, Dr. Barton founded Texas Spine Clinic with a vision to establish it as the premier back pain and injury clinic in South Texas. His career has been marked by a profound compassion and an unwavering commitment to finding solutions where traditional medicine has fallen short. This dedication has led him to champion a multi-specialty approach that integrates the latest medical technology and cutting-edge research. Today, Texas Spine Clinic stands as a beacon of science-based chiropractic care, physical therapy, and medicine, staffed by a collaborative team of Chiropractors, Board-Certified Physicians in Pain Management, and Nurse Practitioners.
A true pioneer in non-surgical pain resolution, Dr. Barton has a passion for treating patients who believed surgery was their only recourse. He has been at the forefront of innovation in San Antonio, pioneering the use of the DRX9000 non-surgical spinal decompression system to provide an effective alternative for patients with debilitating disc conditions. Furthermore, he was the first to introduce Scrambler Therapy to the San Antonio area, a revolutionary treatment for severe and chronic nerve pain that has provided hope and relief to countless individuals.

Dr. Barton’s personal interests include aviation and fitness. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s License for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. He is a Flight Instructor for instrument, single and multi-engine aircraft. His passion for aviation includes owning and operating WWII aircraft, and he has accumulated more than 6,000 flight hours in over 40 different aircraft types.
Dr. Barton and his wife, Tessa, are the proud parents of two sons, Preston and Jackson, and a daughter, Kaitlyn. They enjoy traveling and snow skiing as a family, and their children attend San Antonio Christian School.
