Patient stories

Real patients. Real MRIs.Their own words.

These are our patients, on camera, talking about what their spine was doing to their life and what changed. Every one of them was told surgery was the road ahead. Every one of them is on this page because they chose to tell you about it.

The series worth starting with

The doctor went through it himself — and filmed all of it

Dr. Barton ruptured the L4-L5 disc in his own back. It was one of the worst herniations he had seen in 23 years of practice, and it was his. He had a foot drop that was getting worse. He was a candidate for surgery.

He treated it the way he treats yours — on the DRX9000 — and he put a camera on the whole thing: the first MRI, the exam, the sessions, the week the foot drop got worse before it got better, and the follow-up imaging at the end. Nothing edited out.

Nerve pain · scrambler therapy

When the problem isn't mechanical

Some pain isn't coming from pressure on a nerve — it's coming from a nerve that learned to keep firing after the injury healed. CRPS. Chemotherapy-induced neuropathy. Shingles pain that never left. Scrambler therapy retrains that signal instead of masking it, and it's drug-free.

“He has always been straight, understanding, seeking to evaluate before moving to the next therapy or referral outside his scope… We continue to recommend him to others.”

What happens next

Find out whether your spine is a candidate — for $49

  1. We schedule your consultation. Bring your MRI if you have one — we can't assess you for this treatment without imaging, and we'll refer you for it if you don't have any.
  2. We examine you and put your imaging on the screen with you, and explain in plain English what it shows. For most patients this is the first time anyone has done that.
  3. You get a straight answer — candidate, not a candidate, or here's the option that fits you better — and if you're a candidate, your first treatment happens that day.

No referral needed. Same-day appointments available.

P.S. Every person on this page had a version of the same week you're having: the appointment that ended in a shrug, the search at 2 a.m., the growing sense that surgery was the only thing left anyone was offering. None of them knew how their story ended when they started. One consultation is how you find out whether yours can look like theirs — and if we don't think it can, we'll tell you that instead.
