Do I need a referral?
No. No referral is needed for your initial visit. If your care later requires one, we’ll get it for you. Call (210) 741-9166 or book online.
Can I be seen today?
Yes. New patients can be seen the same day, Monday through Thursday. Call (210) 741-9166 or book online and we'll find you a time.
What does the first visit cost?
It depends on what you're coming in for:
- Back or neck pain: the $49 DRX9000 consultation covers your exam, a review of your imaging, and your first treatment when the exam and imaging confirm you're a candidate. Book it online.
- Nerve pain: a $19 scrambler therapy consultation. Your $99 first session is credited to your course. Book it online.
- Car accident injuries: nothing out of pocket at your first visit. We bill the coverage responsible. Book it online.
- Chiropractic care: call (210) 741-9166 and we'll go over your options, including CareCredit, Affirm and in-office payment plans, or book online.
How long is the first visit?
Plan on about 90 minutes: roughly 30 for your history and exam (a little more if we take X-rays), then about 45 in treatment. A scrambler therapy consultation runs about 60 minutes.
Are you open on Fridays?
Fridays are reserved for scrambler therapy sessions, by appointment, for scrambler patients. Everything else runs Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
