Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of texasspineclinic.com and the booking calendars, forms, guides, vouchers, emails and text messages that run through it. Using the site or submitting a form on it means you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we do with the information you give us.
Texas Spine Clinic, P.A. (“Texas Spine Clinic,” “we,” “us”) is a spine and pain practice at 3212 Napier Park, San Antonio, TX 78231, reachable at (210) 741-9166.
This site is education, not medical advice
Everything here — the condition and treatment pages, the guides, the blog and the videos — is general information about what we treat and how. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you, and reading it does not make you our patient. A doctor-patient relationship begins when you are seen in our office, where your exam and your imaging decide your care.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website and do not text us.
Booking and forms
Booking through one of our calendars reserves a real appointment, and you will get a confirmation. Submitting a form is a request for contact. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided at your visit. Please keep website forms to contact details — they are not a patient portal, and your medical history belongs in the office, not in a web form.
Give us information that is accurate and yours to give. Do not submit someone else’s phone number or email address, and do not use the site to interfere with it, scrape it or submit automated entries.
Text messages (SMS)
When you check the consent box on one of our forms, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you are opting in to text messages from Texas Spine Clinic. Here is exactly what that means.
- What we send. Messages about your care with us: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-up after a visit, the voucher or guide you requested, and replies when you text us a question. We do not send unrelated third-party advertising.
- Consent is not a condition of treatment. You can decline texts and still be seen.
- Who can opt in. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
- Message frequency varies. Most people get a handful of messages around a scheduled appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier may.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after it. You can also call the office and ask us to turn texts off. To opt back in later, text START or tell us at your next visit.
- How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or call (210) 741-9166.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone, so never rely on a text alone for anything time-critical about your health.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and most other US carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.
- We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone, and are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy. The only parties that handle your number are the vendors that deliver the messages for us.
Some of our calls and texts are sent using automated systems. Consenting to them is your choice, and you can withdraw it at any time by the methods above.
If you request a voucher or guide, or opt in to patient-education email, we will send it, plus occasional related email from the practice. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and we act on it promptly. Appointment confirmations and other messages about care you have already scheduled are not marketing email, so unsubscribing does not switch those off — replying STOP to texts or calling the office does.
Vouchers and offers
When we offer a voucher or an introductory price, the details are stated on the offer itself: what it includes and any expiration. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, apply only to the service named, and are not a substitute for insurance coverage. Where an offer includes a treatment, that treatment is provided if your exam shows you are a candidate.
Insurance, investment and results
We verify your benefits and give you your number in writing before you commit to a program. What your plan covers is between you and your plan, and information on this site is not a guarantee of coverage or of a final amount. Results vary from patient to patient, and nothing on this site promises a particular result for you.
Patient stories and reviews
Testimonials, reviews and patient videos on this site are the experience of the individual patient who gave them. They are shared with permission, they are not paid for, and they are not edited to change their meaning. They describe one person’s result, not a prediction of yours.
Our content
The text, images, video and design on this site belong to Texas Spine Clinic or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read them, print them and share the link. Republishing them, selling them or passing them off as your own is not permitted without our written permission. Our name and logo are ours.
Other websites
We link to other sites — YouTube, published research, our scheduling platform, maps. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their terms and privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site running and the information current, and we make no warranty that it will always be available, error-free or complete. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Texas Spine Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its content or the messages sent through it. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the care we provide to you as a patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
If we change these terms, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
